Life of Fred Savage


Fred Savage was born from Joanne, his mother, and Lewis Savage, his father who was an industrial real estate consultant and broker. He was born on July 9, 1976, in Highland Park, Illinois, U.S., with a younger brother and younger singer, both of whom became an actor.
The family resided in Glencoe, Illinois where he grew up before moving to California. Savage completed his education at Standard University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in English. August in 2004, he married his childhood friend Jennifer Lynn Stone. In 2006, their son Philip was born while in 2008, their daughter Lily was born.
Actor, director, and producer, Fred Savage (real name Frederic Aaron Savage) first gained popularity for playing the character of Kevin Arnold in “The Wonder Years”, an American TV series. Savage’s first movie appearance was in the movie “The Boy Who Could Fly” in 1986. This role earned him an award, which was his very first.
One of the most prominent actors in Hollywood, Savage had several more appearances on TV before his lead role on “The Wonder Years” when he was twelve. The series went on to become one of the 1980s best shows. After airing only 6 episodes, it already won a Primetime Emmy Award, which it got for Outstanding Comedy Series.
At the same time, Savage earned the award as Best Young Actor for the “Young Artist Award”. At the same time, he also came to be the youngest person to earn a nomination for an Emmy Award for the best leading performance. His career does not only encompass the small screen. He also acted in movies such as in “The Princess Bride”, “The Wizard” and “The Rules of Attraction.”
Recently, however, he is more seen on TV. He appeared in a number of television shows including “Working”, “Oswald”, “The Grinder”, and more recently in “Friends From College” and as host in “Child Support”.
