How Many Ounces Are There In a Cup?

Well, actually the answer is not so hard to find. You can google it.

See? Just multiply with the number 8.

Also here is another extra I'd like to give while we are talking about this boring ounce/cup issue that has been searched over the internet lots of times (don't know why!)

1 US cup is equal to 16 US tablespoons

Yea, I know this is very important stuff here right? No. But at least don't be a math loser like me. I don't know maths , actually I consider myself as a math dyslexic. and... it is actually true. lol.

So let's take a look at this "cup" measurement thing shall we? yea.

There is an exceptionally slight contrast between UK/European/Australian glasses and US cups. The UK cups are 250mls and US mugs are 240mls, so UK half mugs are 125mls though US half glasses are 120mls (quarter mugs will in general be the equivalent at 60mls). Anyway for most formulas the thing that matters is little and won't influence the completed dish.

see? not at all!
