This side is the part of you that causes others to feel bad when they are around you. Or maybe in your case. You need to cut these habits before you can accuse others for being evil against you: 1. Arrogance 2. Abnormal self-esteem 3. Secret Arrogance that you don't realize 4. Urge to be better than others for the goal of being superior.

On 20th Jan'20 the Nifty was at peak of 12430. Post union budget from 13th Feb'20 the downtrend was severe. From then no look back, down, down, down, down all the way to a low of 7511 breached on 24th Mar'20. Loss of 4700 points in just 26 sessions.

Anxiety happens to everyone. It could be before a performance, an important speech or presentation. It might also be in the waiting room waiting to go to see dentist for tooth extraction. You are feeling nervous, butterflies in your stomach and thoughts in a jumbled mess.
However, these are not anxiety attacks. It is just humane feelings. These are a few tips that might help you lower your anxiety level.
1.      Take deep breaths. Sometimes when in an anxious situation, you might not be breathing properly or just taking shallow breathing. Take 30 deep-into-belly breaths, you feel that your anxiety dissipate and feel a lot calmer. This is a simple method that can help bring negative emotions such as anger or anxiety.
2.      Be confident. Being uncertain of something causes anxiety. Having the confidence armed with knowledge will help bring certainty and portray a clear picture of the next probable situation. Research or Google before going into any important presentation or speech.
3.      Distract yourself. If you feel that you do not have enough time to do something that takes up a lot of time, why not take a break and watch a half an hour episode of a comedy show or a funny YouTube clip. It is a break from the anxiety and can help balance your mind out. If you have more time, called up a friend and have a conversation. Being connected will energize you and having a support pillar will be a comfort. Even better, go to gym or have a night out to get it out of your system.
4.      Have regular meals and keep yourself hydrated. It might seem not important but sometimes being in a rush for deadline will cause you to forget your meals and making you irritated, nervous or anxious. When you feel irritable or anxious, check the time. It might be just your low blood sugar and your body needs to feed. Being dehydrated also can cause migraine. So keep a water bottle by your side and take a sip regularly. It is also a good way to take a break.
5.      Prioritize. It is important to categorize the list of things you need to do. Put the most important task at the top of the list. Make sure you finish doing it. Then as you go along doing the task, you will not be thinking about how to finish all the tasks at one go. You will know that you are finishing your tasks step by step. The feeling of being able to cross out the list does feel extremely satisfying.
6.      Be positive. Being anxious is a negative emotion. Do not let the feeling overruled you or you might be in a deeper rut. Just think positively and let yourself immersed in work. Without you knowing, you would have one task down and you can proceed to another one.
7.      Keep yourself grounded. Do not try to overwhelm yourself with too much things at a single time. Anxiety is a fear of the future. Try to stay grounded and keep thinking in the present. Do not imagine unnecessary things that might be proven unfounded later. Just pay attention to the presence and what can be done in that time.
8.      Relax. it is important to be able to find ways to relax. A fine example would be practicing yoga or meditating. Pick up a few good tips that work for you and practice it whenever you feel anxious.

• Alpha-Blockers: This medicine reduces nerve impulses to your blood vessels allowing easier flowing of the blood making your blood pressure decrease.

• Alpha-Beta-Blockers: These work just like the alpha-blockers but also slow your heart beat. This means less blood pumps through your vessels making your blood pressure decrease.

• Nervous System Inhibitors: This medication relaxes your blood vessels by controlling the nerve impulses making your vessels wider and decreasing blood pressure.

• Beta-Blockers: These reduce your nerve impulses to your heart and blood vessels, making your heart beat decrease while dropping your blood pressure.

• Diuretics: These are also known as 'water pills,' a very common medication. These diuretics work in your kidney, flushing out all excess sodium along with water from your body.

• Vasodilators: These open your blood vessels directly by relaxing the muscle in your vessel walls which then causes your blood pressure to decrease.

• ACE Inhibitors: ACE stands for 'Angiotensin converting enzyme.' These inhibitors prevent a hormone called angiotensin II from forming, which will usually cause your blood vessels to narrow. They help the vessels relax which makes your blood pressure decrease.

• Angiotensin Antagonists: These block your blood vessels from angiotensin II. When blocked these vessels can widen letting your blood pressure decrease.

• Calcium Channel Blockers: These keep any calcium from entering your heart's muscle cells and your blood vessels causing your blood pressure to decrease.

An alternate to taking any medication if possible is watching a few lifestyle habits. For instance a healthy diet can help control your blood pressure. Substitute salt for other seasonings and add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Get at least thirty minutes of physical activity or exercise a day. That doesn't mean you have to exercise thirty minutes all at once. Ten minutes here and there is just as effective.

Try to keep your stress level at a minimum. High stress can increase your blood pressure so find something that relaxes you and helps you de-stress. Do this whenever you find yourself stressed out beyond your means.

Try to cut back on tobacco use and alcohol consumption. Quitting altogether is more beneficial but isn't always easy. Remember there are many resources and products available to help you quit either of these habits.

Sometimes these lifestyle changes will not work alone. Your doctor might prescribe you a blood pressure medication if not two. Just talk with your doctor to find out what would be better for you and your blood pressure. Ask any and all questions and if you are taking other medications tell your doctor. Certain medications including oral contraceptives and cold medicines can increase your blood pressure.
