The problem with this way of thinking is that the human body does not burn calories based on a “24 hour day.”  In fact, the 24 hour day is just an arbitrary interval of time, and it has no bearing on how your body burns calories.

You see, the human body burns calories in “real time” -- or in other words it burns calories as you eat them (it does not burn calories based on a 24 hour day).

This means that your daily caloric intake is almost meaningless when viewed all by itself.

For example, let’s take a typical dieter who skips breakfast, but who then eats 900 calories for lunch, 900 calories for dinner and 300 calories for a late night snack – for a total of 2,100 calories per day.

This dieter falsely “thinks” that their intake of 2,100 calories per day is the deciding factor in whether they lose weight or not – but in reality the deciding factor is something totally different...

The “deciding factor” lies in how many calories that they eat per “meal.”

For example, if that same dieter took those 2,100 calories per day and divided them evenly into 6 meals (350 calories for 6 meals = 2,100 calories) -- then their body would be able to burn much more of those daily calories throughout the day.

Consequently, the dieter would seriously increase their weight loss results if they did this.

Why is this true?

Simple, because your body burns calories as you eat them, and if you feed your body too many calories at any single “sitting” then the excess calories from that sitting cannot get burned and may wind up stored as fat tissue.

However, if you eat fewer calories per “sitting” then your body has a better chance to burn all of those calories, and if it burns all of the calories at any given meal then your body will be forced to begin burning stored fat tissue for any additional energy that it may need before your next meal (which equals fat loss for the dieter).

So if you eat fewer calories per “meal” but increase the number of meals throughout the day, then you can begin losing more weight while still eating the same number of calories per day (you’ll just be doing it via a greater number of meals each day).

So when a dieter uses this method of dieting the “overall calories” consumed each day would be the same, but yet the dieter’s body would be able to more efficiently burn those calories on a “per meal” basis – and thus the dieter will lose more weight each day.

Can muscle turn into fat or fat turn into muscle? How many time have you heard this hilarious fats and muscles myth?
Yes, this is one fats and muscles myth that will never go away. Get this straight. Fat will never turn into muscle and muscle will never turn into fat.
The reason is simple. Your body fats and muscles are made up of completely different cell structure and they are so different that they cannot be converted to each other. Your muscle is very much alive and work very hard whereas fat just sits there doing nothing and just plain looking ugly. How can they be the same or can be converted to each other?
How did this fitness myth come about then? Well, let me offer some suggestions.
When a fat person train with weights, he will build muscles and then for his muscle definition to show, he will have to lose fat. He will do cardio exercises and eat healthily to achieve a healthy fat loss. When that is accomplished, he will revealed a lean muscular body because he has already packed on some muscle mass and have lost a substantial amount of body fat from his lose fats and build muscles program.
So when people see his new found lean muscular body and noticed that his body fat is now gone, some will comment that his fats has turned into muscles. Isn't that a nonsensical comment? Not just nonsensical, it is downright hilarious.
Now, just say that this same guy has lost his motivation to train for whatever reasons and because he no longer wants to maintain his lean muscular body, he naturally will lay off exercises and start to eat unhealthily. Gradually, he will put on body fat because of his unhealthy diet and the fact that he no longer exercise to burn calories. Then as he put on more fat, the fat begins to cover up his muscles and his muscles are no longer noticeable.
Ahhhh....these same people who do not know the biology of muscle and fat will proclaim that his muscles has turned into body fat. Well, these chaps must be magicians or how else can muscle turn into fat or fat turn into muscle?
Why am I exposing this fat and muscle myth? Because it is funny? Well perhaps that too. But the main reason is that this fat and muscle myth has put alot of people away from exercising to build muscles and continue to indulge in unhealthy eating habits by proclaiming that there is no point building muscles because once they stop, they will get fat. Again, this is rubbish because most of them are fat to begin with anyway. It is just a lazy excuse not to exercise and eat healthily.
So if you have friends who tout this fat and muscle myth to you, send them this article. You may be doing them a great favor when they realised the truth and head for the gym to build some muscles and lose some body fat.

Has it ever occurred to you that while you are happily typing away on your computer for hours on end you are actually creating a problem in your neck that can lead to chronic headaches? If you suffer from migraine headaches or tension headaches it may be something you should investigate.
When a person with migraine headaches or tension headaches visits a chiropractor for their pain what does the chiropractor typically do for that patient? The usual treatment for most headache patients is to manipulate, or adjust, the neck. Chiropractors teach us that most headaches come from neck problems, and that by adjusting or manipulating the neck tension and migraine headaches can be relieved or cured.
Over 80% of headache patients that receive chiropractic treatment show improvement that ranges from slight improvement up to complete elimination of their headache pain. If this is the case then it seems logical that the majority of migraine headaches or tension headaches originate from spinal (neck) problems. It also seems logical that if we knew what was causing these neck problems, and eliminated what was causing them, we could also eliminate the headaches, both migraine and tension.
As a chiropractor for 25 years I have treated many patients with migraine headaches and tension headaches. After examining thousands of patients I discovered that as many as 95% who were experiencing headaches had one thing in common, a reversed cervical (neck) curve. From the side view a normal neck should have a slight curve in it. But in my experience as a chiropractor I estimate that approximately 95% of my patients with headaches had either a lessening of that curve, no curve at all, or a curve that was completely reversed. When these “poor neck curvatures” were treated with chiropractic adjustments most showed great improvement.
Chiropractors know that headaches can be caused by “poor neck posture,” so the next question becomes “can sitting at a computer cause poor neck posture?” If the answer is yes, then it’s obvious that sitting at a computer can and does cause headaches.
People usually develop poor neck curvatures because of poor posture habits. Anything a person does that places their head in a position forward to their body will lessen or reverse their normal neck curve. And poor neck curvatures DO cause headaches. Chiropractors have been teaching this for decades.
The types of activities that can lead to poor neck posture include sitting at a computer for extended periods of time, reading with the head bent forward, sitting while slouching in a chair or on a couch, sleeping with the head or neck in odd positions, or any other activity that places the head in a position forward to the body. So, to answer our original question, yes, headaches can be caused by sitting at a computer. Sitting at a computer can cause an abnormal neck curvature to develop which can cause headaches.
Good posture can surely prevent the development of poor neck posture, which would seem to be the best remedy, but what can be done if the lessening or reversal of the neck curve has already been developed? Obviously, chiropractic treatment is an option that could be considered. But there are many other alternative treatments for tension or migraine headaches.
Most people just take a pain pill. But are pain pills the best approach? They surely are in some cases, but there are many other headache treatment options that don’t require the use of potentially harmful drugs. All drugs have side effects, some of which can end up being worse than the headaches themselves. Before treating your health problems with drugs it is wise to seek the advice of a health professional.
There are many natural remedies for migraine headaches or tension headaches. These include stress and tension reduction, ice therapy (used at the base of the skull), eliminating food triggers, getting the proper amount of rest, biofeedback, headache pillows or cushions, exercise and many others. Hypnosis has been shown effective in the management of various types of pain. Besides providing an effective solution for maladies such as headaches and acute injuries, hypnosis offers a unique solution for those suffering from chronic conditions like back pain and arthritis as well as intermediate and advanced stages of cancer. "Polyols" or sugar alcohols are a number of different carbohydrates that are neither sugars nor alcohols--and are commonly used as artificial sweeteners in a range of products, from ice cream to chewing gum.
While these tasty sweeteners appear to be the perfect solution for both low-carb dieters and low-carb food producers, recent studies of sugar alcohols have painted a somewhat different picture.

And the number of deaths due to drugs continues to rise. Admittedly, doctors do save lives and help ease people's pain. They perform a great duty that should not go unheralded. But pain sufferers should start taking responsibility for their own actions. Nobody is more concerned about your health than you are, not the doctor, not the nurses, not your neighbors. Everyone needs to sleep, one of the primary functions of sleep is to reset and replenish the emotional capacity of our brain circuits so we can approach the day's emotional challenges in appropriate ways. However, there are the unfortunate ones who go through annoying sleep problems.

Sleep problems are a highly common medical issue that affects millions of people each year. While some people suffer from mild sleeping problems, such as occasional nightmare, others have extremely severe sleep disorders that can negatively affect their health, if it left untreated. This astonishing number means that a huge number of people aren't getting the treatment they need, putting them in danger of permanently damaging their health. If one doesn't get enough sleep, he or she will eventually make irrational choices due to lack of concentration. If this lack of sleep constantly hounds a person, he or she might be having some sort of a sleeping disorder such as insomnia.

Insomnia is a condition in which a person have trouble falling or staying asleep. Some people with insomnia may be able to get asleep fast but they just as easily wake up. Other people may have the opposite problem, or they have trouble with both falling asleep and staying asleep. The end result is poor-quality sleep that doesn’t leave one feeling refreshed when he or she wakes up.

Insomnia includes any combination of difficulty with falling asleep, staying asleep, intermittent wakefulness and early-morning awakening. Episodes may be transient, short term or chronic. Insomnia may also result from psychological or physical causes. The most common psychological problems include anxiety, stress, and depression. Many people will have insomnia during the acute phases of a mental illness. Other medical conditions that trigger insomnia are chronic pain syndromes, congestive heart failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Alzheimer's Disease.

Common stimulants associated with poor sleep include caffeine and nicotine. One should consider not only restricting caffeine use in the hours immediately before bedtime but also limiting the total daily intake. People often use alcohol to help induce sleep, as a nightcap. However, it is a poor choice. Alcohol is associated with sleep disruption and creates a sense of non-refreshed sleep in the morning. A disruptive bed partner with loud snoring or periodic leg movements also may impair one's ability to get a good night's sleep.

Insomnia can be mild to severe depending on how often it occurs and for how long. Chronic insomnia means having symptoms at least three nights per week for more than a month. Insomnia that lasts for less time is known as short-term or acute insomnia. Secondary insomnia often resolves or improves without treatment if an individual can eliminate its cause. This is especially true if the problem can be corrected soon after it starts.

Fortunately, there are treatments for insomnia that can help put a person back on the path to a good night’s sleep. There are cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), hypnotics (FDA approved medications for insomnia), and other treatments such as low dose antidepressant medications.

Better sleep habits and lifestyle changes often help relieve insomnia. One may need to see a doctor or sleep specialist to get the best relief for insomnia that is persistent or for which the cause of the sleep problem is unclear.

Children can be cruel to their peers - especially if there is a child that is a little different from the majority. Children go through many stages as they grow up.  There is the gangly period when the girls physically outpace the boys.  The boys then endure the lanky stage where they deal with two left feet while trying to come to terms with the newly discovered rib Adam had lost in the Garden of Eden.  Each growth spurt carried it's own pain for most certainly - if not for all children.

Compound the normal growing pressures by adding something like being obese, and a child can find himself or herself lost in a hell from which he or she can see no escape. Many of us spend a lifetime battling our childhood insecurities. Those of us of a certain age remember cruel jokes and poems. Poems like: "fatty fatty two by four, can't get through the kitchen door".  As adults we all too often find that the cruelties were not left behind at the school ground doors.  They tend follow man through adulthood fed by an ever increasingly judgmental society.

It happened to Two Hundred and Sixty Five (265) pound Ricky Labit and his wife's cousin, weighing in at Two Hundred and Seventy Seven (277) pounds, on Dec. 21, 2007, when they told FOX News they were overcharged and banned by an all you can eat buffet in Houma, La.  Why?  Because the owners apparently believed them to eat too much. They said before finishing their meal, they were presented with a bill for $46.40, roughly double the normal buffet price. The waitress explained, "Y'all fat, and y'all eat too much." And, finally the two men were barred from the restaurant before leaving the facility.

Who knew the people of the Sportsman's Paradise could be so cruel?  Certainly not yours truly.  Having lived in the great State of Louisiana for five (5) years we fell in love with it. The Tennessee Mountain Man not being a light weight himself can actually see both sides of the Houma issue. In younger years he certainly got his money's worth when eating at such places.

Computer man owned a restaurant at one time. Sundays were an open buffet and there was a husband and wife couple weighing in around four hundred (400) pounds each who drove over an hour to get to the facility every Sunday. They were dreaded because they were the first to arrive - usually before the doors were unlocked, and they were the last to leave. And, incredibly they were able to eat the entire time. Then you never saw them for a week when the buffet was once again open. They were a site to behold
as they waddled about the place and had to turn sideways to get through the door. Unlike the skinny customers, they always had a smile on their faces.  They were apparently happy and they were always treated with respect.

The treatment the two Louisiana men received at the restaurant was appalling enough. The State of Mississippi decided it should pile on. The big brother component of the legislature wants to make sure if one is of a certain BMI he or she cannot get service in a public restaurant. Mississippi is quick to say the bill is dead and will not become law.  But, it has been the experience of the American people that once such a dumb move gets started it grows legs and keeps crawling along until the state manages to subdue another liberty.

Are the food police about to strike again?  Back off people!

Have we found yet another way to assure that only the beautiful people dare be seen in public? Do we really want big brother regulating such things? First, the airlines started charging over weight people for two seats (explainable - see picture above), and now the government wants to bar them from even getting through the kitchen door.

Most elderly people manifest this as they lose control of their certain muscles and as a result of certain diseases.  This isn't an easy condition to bear with as it may put you in embarrassing situations.  Incontinence is a lack of voluntary control of excretory function.  It affects nearly 12% of the American population and the rate is still climbing at a steady rate yearly. 

Fecal incontinence
Fecal incontinence is one of two kinds of incontinence that people experience.  This is also called bowel incontinence.  It is the inability to control over bowel movement.  This causes involuntary excretion and leaking of stool or feces from the rectum.  This may range from occasional leakage of stool while passing gas to total loss of bowel control.  People with fecal incontinence may also experience other bowel-related conditions such as diarrhea, constipation, gas and abdominal cramps.

People with bowel incontinence are often plagued with feelings of shame and humiliation.  A lot of people affected by this condition are afraid to seek help in fear of being ridiculed, thereby trying to manage the problem on their own.  This may lead to serious self-esteem issues that may result to social withdrawal and isolation which in turn may end into cases of severe anxiety, more specifically, agoraphobia.

Causes
Here are the five most common causes of fecal incontinence:
Muscle damage.  Injury to the one of both of the ring-like muscles at the end of the rectum may cause fecal incontinence.  The internal and external anal sphincter contract to help retain stool.  When it is damaged, these muscles may have partial or total functionality, and leakage may occur.  This may occur as a result of improperly performed episiotomy, or as a side effect of hemorrhoid surgery.
Nerve damage.  Incontinence may come as a result of damage to the nerves that control the anal sphincters or the nerves that detect stool in the rectum.  When the nerves surrounding the sphincter is damaged, the muscles may not be able to function effectively.  If the sensory nerves are damaged, a person will not feel the need to defecate until it is too late.  This may come as a result of childbirth, of long-term constipation, stroke, and/or diseases that cause nerve degeneration.
Loss of storage capacity.  The rectum normally stretches to contain feces until a person voluntary releases it.  However, when a person is subjected to certain surgeries or therapies, or has inflammatory bowel disease that causes scarring, the rectal walls may become stiff and less elastic.  Once the rectum is unable to expand and accommodate as much stool, it may result to fecal incontinence.
Diarrhea.  Loose stool is more difficult to contain than solid stool and may sometimes leak on its own. 
Pelvic floor dysfunction.  Abnormalities of the pelvic floor may cause decreased rectal sensation, decreased anal canal pressure, decreased squeeze pressure of the anal canal, and rectal prolapse.  All of which may lead to incontinence.

Treatment
As with any medical condition, treatment depends on the cause and the severity of the bowel incontinence.  Treatment may include one or a combination of the following:
Dietary change.  Food affects the consistency of stool and how quick it passes through the digestive tract.  Eating food that add bulk to stool and decrease the water content of feces may help make it firmer.  Also, avoiding foods and/or drinks that may relax the sphincter muscles like coffee, tea, and chocolate. 
Medications.  Certain medications like anti-diarrheal drugs, laxatives, and stool softeners may help with bowel incontinence in different ways.  Anti-diarrheals help reduce leakage incidents.  For people who've developed fecal incontinence due to constant constipation, laxatives and stool softeners are suggested to promote normal bowel movement and stop “accidents” from happening.
Bowel training.  This is advised to people who lack anal sphincter control or have decreased awareness of their need to defecate to restore muscle strength.  This may include setting specific schedules for going to the toilet, or making a conscious effort to defecate after eating.
Surgery.  This is suggested to people who've had anal sphincter damage due to childbirth or rectal prolapse.  Such surgeries as sphincteroplasty, where weakened anal sphincters are repaired; operations to treat rectal prolapse or hemorrhoids; sphincter replacement and/or repair; and colonostomy may be advised depending on the severity of the incontinence.

It is understandable to want to keep a condition such as fecal incontinence to yourself, people who don't care will ridicule you for having this condition.  Treatments are available for us to take advantage of and use to put an end to bowel incontinence.  Don't pay too much attention to what other people will say about you when they find out.  Think more about what this will do to you in the long run.

It’s 3.00am in the morning and you are even past the desperate stage. You’re resigned to no sleep. Your mind freewheels. If you’re officially going to be awake – you may as well think of something huh? If this sounds familiar – read on. The flip side can be just as bad!
Later that morning….
You become aware that you’re here again. Alive. Senses slowly awaking. You heard an alarm somewhere far in the distance – annoying but essential. You know you need to heed its call…but it’s so warm in here! It looks cold and dark out there and a seductive voice tells you can afford to take just a short little 10 minutes from your morning routine. After all, you surely deserve it after all the work you have been doing lately and 10 little minutes won’t realllly mat…ter wiilll   iittttttttttt? Hmmm  zz  zzz    zzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Arrgggg! You sit bolt upright. It’s 9.30 am! You’ve darn- well overslept by 2 hours. You’re dead meat! You’ve missed the weekly team meeting, the boss is going to fry you alive and you’ll have to do a lot of butt kissing to get another chance to see that important potential new client. All because of a lousy ‘10 little minutes!’
You can’t win either way! Can’t sleep when you want to and can’t wake up when you need to.
Time to fix this? I think so….
The solution is quite simple. It’s about how you run your brain. Let’s take the first scenario. You lie awake…thinking. You know you need to get to sleep and firmly tell yourself to ‘go to sleep!!’. Notice the tone of voice you just used. Was it warm, calming, soft? Did it encourage a ‘snuggle – up and snooze’ response or did it make you a little tense? Did that tenseness trigger a slowing down of your thought processes or did you speed up a little?
Now let’s take a look at the visual aspects. When you demanded that you ‘go to sleep!!’ were the images in your mind hard to really see clearly, a bit vague, floating and getting s l o w   e     r? Or where they a bit edgy, jerky, moving from issue to issue, speedingupandstartingtomergetogether?
Which do you figure is conducive to sleep?
OK – now you’ve worked out what works internally to get you to sleep – let’s explore what will wake you up – that’s if you haven’t jumped ahead of me!
You wake up. The end of a sleep cycle, someone moving, talking, cat demanding to be fed, or perhaps the alarm could have triggered it.  Given that we constantly talk to ourselves, your tone of voice, tempo, and emotional flavour will all affect how we respond to another day. Is your internal voice soft, seductive and persuasive (we all know the lies about ‘just another little 10 minutes by now!)? Or does it have a ring of excitement, anticipation, and energy about it? A bit of edge, sharpness, ummppph? And the images? Are they appealing, fast, colourful, big, bold, dramatic, up-tempo?
If Stephen Spielberg could have access to the immense multi- dimensional graphics, sounds and past experiences we have daily access to, he would be in artistic heaven! We can colour our world whatever shade we choose. Pick from countless sound tracks and special effects and access any emotional state we want to play out in our day.   We can distort, delete, add change and play until the cows come home. We can even encourage our tired bodies to gently, uhhh,  s l o wl y       r-el-a-x  and   taaaaaaaaaake a    wel l l l   l    deserved nap. Hmmm-good ideaaaaaaa. Zz  zzz zzzzzzzzz

title:Can't Stop Smoking, Start Drinking Tea…

Let me start off by saying, that this is not an article about how to stop smoking.  In a way, it is quite the opposite.  Whether it is a pipe, cigar, or cigarettes, some of us have found that we are smokers.  Maybe you have attempted to quit, and maybe you haven’t cared enough to try.  Either way, the truth remains, “I am a smoker.”  If this sounds familiar, then you I write this for you.
It came to me one afternoon, when I was trying to fight off a sore throat, and I held my pipe in my left hand, and searched for my lighter with my right…I shouldn’t be doing this.  I have had this sore throat for a week, and I can’t stop smoking. 
Well, the truth was the truth, and I really didn’t have intentions of stopping…Slowing down, yes; stopping, no.  Though this moment was quick, it was important, as it was then that I accepted my fait.  And more importantly, was now able to balance the scales. 
Smoking makes you look old, smoking causes cancer, smoking smells, smoking makes your teeth yellow, and a million other STOP SMOKING ads rushed through my head…
I accepted them all…
Ok, now what…Well, I began to think.  With a sore throat nagging me at the moment, I decided to attack this enemy first.  Mouth wash, medicine, vitamins; I found these were all good ideas.  But although I was helping the issue, my throat still hurt, and I was beginning to cough. 
Perhaps the coughing was a blessing in disguise as I reached for cup of tea to help stop a fit of coughs.  The steam helped me breathe, and the hot water cleared my throat.  If nothing else, this experience got me thinking. 
I looked further into the matter, as I of course stepped up my tea intake.
I found out that drinking tea, Rooibos Tea and Jasmine Green Tea in particular, will help me to relax (calming down my nerves), contain large amounts of anti oxidants to fight against the increased level of free radicals in my body from smoking (the cause aging skin and of course, Cancer), clean my body of toxins, help me breathe, and help my previously mentioned sore throat.  I looked at this list, and the STOP SMOKING ads returned…
Could it be that a pot of tea was a helpful accessory walking down this smokey path??  From personal experience, I have found that tea helps.  And NO, I do not think drinking tea will protect me from all ailments, or that I will never get sick again, or I will avoid any other ill drawn fait that may await me, but with certain facts that I had to accept, I can only do my best to minimize the damage.  And as I end this article with no promises, I will restate a simply written statement that proves itself time and time again, “Drinking tea is a good idea…”

Vitamin E is an absolutely vital nutrient in your body, but it probably can't do half the things you heard it can.

It might well prove that vitamin is helpful in some of these and other conditions, but probably not in many or even most of them.
As with many vitamins, there is a raging debate over how much vitamin E you need.  The US recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 8-10 milligrams per day.  But most people in the nutrition field believe that to capture the long-term benefits, people need 10 to 20 times that quantity, which is well short of the maximum recommended 1,000 milligrams.
Vitamin E is found in many foods in small quantities.  The good news is that almost everyone gets sufficient vitamin E to avoid a deficiency, with a few exceptions noted below.  The bad news is that most people do not get the RDA.  This is definitely a vitamin that should be supplemented.
Be careful about what supplements you choose, since the synthetic version of vitamin E is not even half effective as in its natural form.  Look for nutritional supplements containing natural vitamin E, preferably in liquid form.
People on low fat diets need supplements the most, since fats and oils are the largest sources of vitamin E.  Nuts and green, leafy vegetables are also good sources, as are egg yolks and liver.  So are whole grains.
Vitamin E probably will never cure your broken heart, nor live up to half of the claims people make about it.  But it is an important vitamin for maintaining good health and it is needed in quantities above what most people take in their diet.

I believe that water not only helps with weight loss, but is also one of the most important things to keep in mind when trying to lose weight. Here are just some of the reasons why everyone should be drinking at least eight glasses of water day.

I started drinking 9 glasses a day, and I noticed a difference over night!! I lost five pounds in the course of one day, and it’s stayed off. The key is to keep drinking water, or you will see the weight come back. For every 25 pounds you want to lose, drink an extra glass of water.
Now, even though we have most of a day to suck back all that water, it is actually more difficult that you might think. So here are some tips to help you make sure you get your daily intake:

Make an appointment with your glass of water. Schedule certain times of the day to chug back 8 ounces at once. After you wake up in the morning, on your way to work, during a commercial, etc.
Have a water race with a friend or family member. The extra competition will help motivate you.
I bought a big 1.5L bottle and made sure I drank all of it before the end of the day. If I didn’t, I told my co-workers that they had permission to dump whatever was left on my head.
Before drinking that coffee or pop, force yourself to get another glass of water down. You will probably not even want anything else after that.
When you go to the bathroom (and you will be going frequently at first), refuel yourself with another glass before going back to whatever it was that you were doing.
Measure how much water you need in a bottle or measuring cup, then you can see your goal for the day.
I played a game with myself while I was doing a puzzle. Every time I fit a piece into the puzzle, I would have to take a drink. It seems pretty silly, but it worked. I do puzzles pretty fast, so I downed almost 2 glasses in less than a half hour.

Use these ideas, or come up with your own tricks to help you reach your goal. You will notice a difference right away. I know I did. I felt better, I could see my stomach shrinking, and I found myself snacking less. It really works!
