Non-essential amino acids can be manufactured by your body, however, your body must have the right combination of essential amino acids and supporting nutrients to optimize healthy protein maintenance, so supplementation may be desirable. Twenty amino acids are needed to build the various proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Another amino acid, histidine, is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The nonessential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. Other amino acids, such as carnitine, are used by the body in ways other than protein-building and are often used therapeutically.

Who is likely to be deficient?
Dieters, some strict vegetarian body builders, and anyone consuming an inadequate number of calories may not be consuming adequate amounts of amino acids. In these cases, the body will break down the protein in muscle tissue and use those amino acids to meet the needs of more important organs or will simply not build more muscle mass despite increasing exercise.

Diabetes Mellitus comes in two forms, Type I and Type II. Unlike Diabetes Type I, Type II Diabetes Mellitus occurs later in life. The majority of Type II Diabetics are women. The importance of alcohol and its dangers

The mechanism of alcohol's effects, in moderate amounts of about 2 drinks a day, can decrease the insulin resistance in women with Type II diabetes. In a normal situation, the insulin acts on the peripheral cells where the glucose or sugar is waiting to enter. The insulin binds to the cell and the glucose enters. Unfortunately, in this type of diabetes, the insulin does not bind to the cell where the insulin resistance takes place and the glucose can't go inside. It's raining outside.  Your shoes are still wet from your last walking session.  You really should just go out and exercise, but there's something good on TV.  Maybe later...

Now try this scenario: It's raining outside.  Your shoes are wet and you don't really feel like going for a walk, but your cell phone is blinking with a message from your buddy that says she's already left the house and she'll meet you at the trail.  You know you have to go, or she'll give you a hard time for ditching her.  So, you grab your soggy shoes and head off for a power walking session.  Afterwards, you feel good.  You always feel good afterwards; it's the getting started part that's hard.
That's why it's so beneficial to have someone else to exercise with on a regular basis.  There's no type of fitness regimen that can't benefit from having a fitness buddy.  If it's weightlifting, your buddy can spot you.  If it's running or biking, they can push you to go faster than you would if you were alone.  If it's climbing, she can catch you when you slip and start careening down the mountain (maybe climbing isn't the safest fitness activity).
Whatever your choice of fitness outlets, a workout buddy can not only push you harder than you would yourself, but they can actually get you out the door.  Never underestimate the power of social obligations.  Those of us who wouldn't think twice about breaking a date with ourselves cringe at the idea of breaking a date with a friend.  Especially if we have friends who are experts at giving the guilt-trip.
OK, so you're sold on the idea of a fitness buddy.  But wanting one can be easier than finding one.  Your regular friends might not be into fitness, or they're the kind of people who start something with good intentions and gradually slack off.  It's important to find someone who is as dedicated to fitness (or more dedicated) than you are.  But where to look?  Here are some ideas:
Ask a friend, or see if a friend of a friend is looking for somebody.
If you belong to a gym or health club, see if there is a bulletin board out front where you can post requests.
Join an exercise class or take some sports lessons; you might find an interested person or two.
Check fitness web sites, especially related to your interests; there may be a message board where you can look for activity partners.
Whatever route you choose, don't be afraid to initiate proceedings by starting up conversations with people or starting new threads on message boards.  You might be surprised at how many people are also looking for regular workout buddies.
Once you find a fitness buddy, don't let him or her down.  If you both show motivation and keep to a regular schedule, you'll both reap the benefits.

Now, let both the arms lie horizontally to the ground with fingers pointing towards the knees. The body in this position looks like a floating boat.
Breathe normally in this position and return to Shavasana position slowly after 10 to 30 seconds. Perform Naukasana at least 8 to 10 times per session.
Benefits:
It helps strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, neck and shoulder. It also relieves constipation.
Caution:
Severe backache and hip joint disorders are contra-indication for this asana.
3) Kapalbhati:
This is one of the best abdominal exercises for removing abdominal fat.
How to do it.:
Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position.Breathe normally for about a minute. Once composed, you can begin.
First, Exercise the diaphragm by exhaling suddenly and quickly through both nostrils, producing a "puffing" sound. Don't focus on inhalation. It will be automatic and passive.
The air is exhaled completely from the lungs with a sudden, vigorous stroke while simultaneously drawing inwards the abdominal muscles.
The breath should be expelled fully. Inhaling is automatic - the abdominal muscles will relax automatically.
This abdominal exercise should be done in three rounds, each consisting of 10 strokes (for the beginner). Each round should take about a minute.
A little rest can be taken in between the rounds as convenient. Throughout the exercise, the chest should be kept still without expansion or contraction. Only the diaphragm is used for breathing and not the upper chest.
Over a month, the number of strokes per minute can be gradually increased from 10 to about 30.
